Who are you guys?

2112 Percussion was established in 1987. We were the first drums only store to open anywhere in the Carolinas. Our offices and showroom are located in Capital City of Raleigh, North Carolina. We have the knowledge and experience to serve the needs of all drummers, from the beginner to the seasoned Pro. We are members of The International Music Products Association and The National Federation Of Independent Business. We have won numerous awards including a 1996 Retailing Excellence Award from a leading music trade magazine Music Inc. In November of 2002 Music Inc. honored us with a cover story about our operation. Our staff is: Tony Williams, Dave Cook, Warren Smith, Austin Carter and Steve Johnson. They will each be more than happy to take the time to answer all the questions you may have concerning your purchase, and help you find the item that best suits YOUR needs.

Our shopping cart uses ''Cookies'' to track items in the shopping cart. If your browser does not support ''Cookies'', or you are behind a firewall, call us with your order at 1-800-947-2112.

Do you sell used gear?
A.
Yes, we stock and sell used gear. Call us for our current inventory and prices. We also buy and trade used gear. Bring any items you no longer use to the store for a fast quote.

Do you have a printed catalog?
A.
At this time we do not offer a printed version of our online catalog. It is our hope that our web site will prove to be as informative and easy to use as any printed catalog, with the added value of being updated on a daily basis. Should you need a printed version of a page, feel free to use your printer (Control+P) to make a hard copy.

How long will it take to receive my order?
A.
Shipping times for in-stock merchandise, once in-store processing is complete: East coast shipments will take 1-3 days by regular UPS ground. Mid-West and West coast shipments will take 3-6 days. See our Time-In-Transit Map.
Special Orders will be shipped upon arrival at our store.
Drop shipments from the manufacturer will take 1-3 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer.

Do you ship outside Continental USA?

Sorry, we are not set up to accept sales for shipment outside continental USA.

What do you mean by FREE SHIPPING? Does that include over-night shipping?

FREE SHIPPING is by FedEx regular ground. Next day air and second day air shipping are available at an extra charge. To request expedited shipping, please place your order by telephone.

What is your return policy?
A.
If you are not happy with any product, you may return it in unused condition for a full refund (less freight charges) within 7 days of receiving the product. If product returned has been used, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged against any credit due. All returns must have an RA# (Return Authorization Number) given out by us or we will refuse the shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. SPECIAL ORDERS, BOOKS, VIDEOS, DRUMHEADS, and DRUMSTICKS are not returnable.
NOTE: It would be physically impossible to stock every item listed on our web site and as such,
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE:
ANY ITEM we do not normally have on a day to day basis in our store inventory.
CASES, CYMBALS and DRUMSETS that are not in our physical inventory and must be ordered from a manufacturer or distributor at the specific request of a customer - ARE SPECIAL ORDERS - and as such are not returnable unless there are defects in the manufacturing of the product or, they are damaged in shipping, and only after a claim has been filed with the appropriate shipping company.
