Ordering Information
Our web based ordering system accepts orders 24-Hours a day, 7-Days a week. If you do not wish to order by way of our web based system, we strongly recommend these procedures.
To order by phone using credit card, money order or check:
- Prepare a list of items desired. Note part # and description.
- Have credit card or checkbook handy before calling.
- Call (919) 833-0046 or (800) 947-2112.
- Normal business hours are 12 Noon until 6 PM (EST) M-F, 11 AM until 5:00 PM (EST) Saturday.
- If paying by check, after placing your order, please send check to address.
- All orders paid by check will be held 10 Days for check to clear your bank.
To order by mail using credit card, money order or check:
- Click Here and print (Control+P) order form, or make your own.
- On the order form print your name, address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card info.
- Indicate the quantity, part #, description, price and total cost for each product you want to order.
- Calculate the total for your order, including shipping. (See order form)
- North Carolina residents include 7% sales tax.
- Mail completed order form with payment to address.
- All orders paid by check will be held 10 Days for check to clear your bank.
- We will verify all credit card orders by phone before shipping, so be sure to include a daytime phone #.
