One On One Instruction

The 2112 Rock School offers in depth study of all facets of guitar, bass guitar, vocal performance, keyboard/piano, saxophone and drumming/percussion.

Here at 2112 Rock School there are no contracts or enrollment fees. Lessons are available on a month by month basis. Individual instruction is available at our facility from Monday thru Saturday. 30-Minute and 60-Minute lessons times are available. The time length of lessons is based on student needs and attention span. Younger students (8-16) do best with 30-Minute lessons. Older students (16 and up) and those looking for quick advancement may choose 60-Minute lessons.

We offer personalized lesson plans instead of a fixed one-size-fits-all curriculum. This assures that each student is allowed to pursue their main musical interest, while developing the skills needed to succeed if their musical interests change later. With this approach our students remain excited about playing and keeps our drop out rates very low.

Our entire staff is very proud to stress the importance of teaching all of our students to read and write music for the instrument of their choice. With this, our students will be prepared for future professional opportunities that require this skill. Also, reading and writing music will allow our students to expand their playing skills using any number of great books available today.

To find a lesson time that meets your needs, please call the school at (919) 833-0046.

Focus Labs

For students unable to make a monthly commitment, we suggest a 1 or 2 hour focus lab. The focus lab is scheduled by appointment and covers any topic you wish.
