WHAT IS A "SPECIAL ORDER ITEM"?     At 2112 Percussion we make every effort offer the most diverse variety of drum and percussion merchandise available anywhere on the internet. Due to a variety of factors, it is impossible to stock every item listed on our web site, in every color available, at all times.     To avoid any misunderstanding, items are denoted as "Special Order Item" for one or more of the following reasons: (1) To save shipping time, if we do not have the item in stock at the time of your order, the item requested will be shipped directly from the manufacturer's or distributer's warehouse. (2) The product is a low demand item and will most likely need to be ordered from a manufacturer or distributor to complete your order.     You will be notified by phone of any items not in stock at the time of your order, and you will have the choice to cancel the order. If you choose to have the item "Special Ordered", the item will be subject to the following terms. SPECIAL ORDER TERMS:     Items denoted as "Special Order Item" or any other item that is not in our physical inventory at the time of your order and therefore must be ordered from a manufacturer or distributor, at the specific request of a customer, are NOT RETURNABLE unless there are defects in the manufacturing of the product, or, they are damaged during shipment to the customer, and then only after a claim has been filed with the appropriate shipping company.
